About the Founder
Meet Akanksha, the powerhouse behind Aspire360.
With over 17 years of global experience across industry leaders like Intel, GE Capital, iGate, Mastech, and Kelly Services (APAC), Akanksha has spent her career building what every company truly needs — strong, high-performing teams. Her journey spans continents and industries, but her focus has always been clear — people, execution, and results.
From leading complex recruitment programs to crafting inclusive talent strategies, she understands how to make hiring a true business advantage. Akanksha has built scalable HRO and RPO models, driven large-scale hiring initiatives, and launched impactful programs that open doors — especially for often-overlooked talent like differently-abled professionals and returning mothers. As a certified Human Performance Improvement (HPI) Specialist, she helps organizations go beyond hiring — to truly thrive.
Her entrepreneurial path began with Growth360, a boutique executive search firm she launched over a decade ago. But along the way, Akanksha noticed a persistent gap: mid-level hiring was too often treated as a numbers game — transactional, impersonal, and misaligned.
That insight sparked the creation of Aspire360 — a platform built on relationships, not just resumes. Here, hiring is thoughtful, strategic, and human. Aspire360 bridges the gap between companies and the mid-level talent that fuels real, sustainable growth.
Outside of work, Akanksha is passionate about social impact and is a regular guest speaker at top B-schools like MDI, where she shares her knowledge on Global HR, Learning & Development, and the future of work. Off-duty, you’ll find her discovering hidden travel gems or unwinding in her garden — her favorite way to recharge.

Sudha Sastri

Sudha is a coach-mentor to diverse people – CXOs, entrepreneurs, sportspersons, and students. Being a people person, Sudha opted for an HR specialisation at IIM Calcutta.
She spent several years in the corporate world gaining solid HR ground and then started a full-service HR consulting firm, dedicated to helping clients hire, retain and nurture the best talent in the country.
Today, Sudha is using the learning of the last 30+ years to help organisations to help women realise their true potential while simultaneously helping organisations create a culture to enable this. She is also a mentor to women entrepreneurs and women in sports.
Sudha sits on the Statutory/Advisory Board of several organisations, including Chintan, SOS Villages, Gagan Narang Sports Foundation, Abhinav Bindra Foundation and Growth for All. In addition, she is on the advisory board of several start-ups.
Navyug Mohnot

Navyug Mohnot is the CEO of QAI, a trans-national Process Improvement consulting organisation, and the Founder & CEO of QGLUE, a consulting, coaching, and training company helping enterprises and individuals to adopt and embrace the design-led way to foster innovation and success.
Navyug is a Stanford-trained “Designing Your Life” (DYL) Educator and a certified DYL Coach and Facilitator, and introduced the programme in India. He has served as Visiting Faculty at Ashoka University and later at ISB and IIT Jodhpur.
He holds a B.Tech from IIT Delhi and received the “Outstanding Contribution to National Development” award. He also pursued a Ph.D. fellowship in the USA.
Navyug is a Harvard-certified Leadership Coach, TEDx speaker, and active mentor with over 35 years of experience. He has supported startups as an angel investor and co-chaired TiECon 2015.
He also runs a film club, is an avid meditator, and aspires to direct a full-length film someday.
Nitin Chawla
Principal at ZS
Nitin brings strong expertise in driving innovation in field design and effectiveness across multiple countries and industries. An M.B.A. from Stern School of Business, New York University, Nitin brings 20 years of experience spanning US, South Asia and ASEAN regions.
Nitin currently leads ZS’s Business Excellence Group and is a core member of the Executive Advisory team.
He works across pharmaceutical, medical tech, and biotech clients. He specializes in organizational design, competency management, field force effectiveness, customer insights, and change management.
Nitin has published thought leadership on GTM models, B2E enablement, network acceleration, RWD implications, and commercial strategies. He supports Growth360 on GTM strategy and sales enablement.
